For basic services such as IT support, troubleshooting, and unforseen issues. Online, via phone, or in person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you provide support after a project is finished?

Post-project support will generally be specified within the project proposal. If more support is needed, it will be billed hourly or with an additional proposal, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Do you develop mobile apps?

We do! Talk to us and we'll assess the feasability and necessary funding for development.

What form of payments do you accept?

We prefer checks, but also accept cards. We can provide you with an invoice on billing, and a receipt on charge. Recurring payments are also available.

How soon do I need to pay?

Payments are due 7 days after the date of invoicing, unless a different agreement is made prior. If you believe you'll have difficulty paying in time, give us a call and we can work with you.
